David Mavashev is a leading expert on IT infrastructure, middleware and messaging technologies with over 25 years experience architecting systems and solutions. A successful entrepreneur, David founded Nastel in 1994 and also served as the company's CTO for many years. Prior to that, he was the technical manager of the messaging group at NYNEX, where he architected and managed the implementation of the first commercial transactional messaging product, which now forms the basis for IBM WebSphere MQ (formerly MQ-Series). A pioneer in the early evolution of messaging technologies, David logged many years as an IT consultant working with some of the world's foremost banks and financial institutions.

Charley is a Software Product Management & Marketing Professional with over 20 years of experience working with application performance monitoring and IT Service Management software. He was also a contributor to four highly successful start-ups, including: InterWorld, Tivoli, SMARTS and Collation and holds a patent for Application Performance Monitoring. Prior to joining Nastel, Charley was the world-wide Product Manager for IBM's Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager software, where he charted the product roadmap, managed product marketing and received the Tivoli General manager's Award. Earlier he held the Director of the Application Management Product Line position at SMARTS, and was the Director of Strategy and Planning and later Vice President of Field Marketing for eCommerce firm InterWorld. As Vice President, Product Development and Support for Nastel, Richard directs Nastel's development organization and manages all aspects of software development, delivery, implementation and support. His areas of specialization include helping customers understand, reduce and manage the complexities introduced by Service Oriented Architectures and virtualization. Richard brings 25 years of software development and implementation experience to Nastel, the majority of which has come from working on leading edge technologies at major software vendors. Hari Mohanan is responsible for Nastel's Worldwide Sales with oversight of both direct and indirect channels. Prior to that, for 3 years he led Nastel’s worldwide Sales Operations where he worked alongside the Sales and Marketing leadership to conceive and execute all Go to Market programs. Previously for 10 years, he was responsible for Nastel's Sales, first in the Western Region based out of Los Angeles where he led the launch and growth of Nastel's West Coast Operations and then in the Midwest Market based out of Chicago. He was part of the team that helped found Nastel, handling all startup operations. He attended Pace University's Lubin Graduate School of Business's MBA Program. He graduated in Economics from the University of Kerala.
