This extends the reach of its comprehensive solution for Application Performance Management (APM) and Business Transaction Management (BTM) to some of the most important commercial business applications utilized by Nastel customers.
AutoPilot M6 gives IT professionals, enterprise architects and application owners a 360° situational awareness™ of the entire IT environment, including both transactional and operational data in a unified business context. The solution, with its built-in complex event processing (CEP) engine, enables management teams to identify and fix problems—even predict and prevent them—before they compromise SLAs or other compliance standards.
The Siebel Expert available with AutoPilot enables real-time monitoring of servers, components and tasks set in the Siebel infrastructure. Nastel’s SAP Expert monitors transaction response time, transaction steps, running processes and many other key SAP metrics. These new AutoPilot Experts provide Nastel customers with the deep-dive visibility, predictive problem analysis and high transaction performance they require from their complex, mission-critical SAP and Siebel systems. Nastel customers utilizing BPEL to orchestrate their business process management (BPM) strategies can now leverage the new AutoPilot BPEL Expert to monitor the chain of tasks invoked by BPEL.
