A European Telecoms company needed to enhance their ability to monitor messages at a more detailed level; messages that were passing thorough their middleware environment, and they needed more detail as part of their implementation of a new wealth management application.


Even though the customer already had a license agreement with another monitoring solution, they decided to upgrade their capabilities with Nastel. As this was determined to provide superior functionality and was more cost effective.


They chose to implement Nastel AutoPilot to monitor their IBM WebSphere MQ environment. This allowed them to monitor performance and track messages.


Implementing Nastel AutoPilot to monitor their MQ environment has provided the customer with a much more detailed view of their user transactions, reducing the time to repair problems (MTTR) and improved the customer experience (CSAT)
