This refers to advanced “super user” skills that enable troubleshooting and resolving user errors. Nastel’s® AutoPilot® Certified Master User training not only lets you extract more value from AutoPilot, but also protects you from productivity loss when knowledgeable users leave or change roles.

Customers who have been using Nastel’s® AutoPilot® in production mode for at least three months post-implementation

Service Package Description
Becoming Experts
This offering helps ensure you always have AutoPilot expertise in-house even with staff turn-over, attrition, re-organization, etc. It is a combination of classroom and hands-on lab training designed to transfer knowledge in a “train-the-trainer” setting to create AutoPilot super users. These AutoPilot Certified Master Users have the knowledge, skills, and ability to train others in the effective use of Nastel’s® AutoPilot® in your specific environment.
Hands On
The training includes hands-on exercises and labs in which the users must demonstrate mastery of the technical skills necessary to qualify as a Certified Master User.
On Site
This service consists of an on-site Nastel consultant teaching advanced users already very familiar with Nastel’s® AutoPilot® the skills they need to:
- Attain Nastel’s® AutoPilot® Certified Master User status
- Train others in Nastel’s® AutoPilot® use
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
