David Mavashev is a leading expert on IT infrastructure, middleware and messaging technologies with over 25 years experience architecting systems and solutions. His areas of expertise encompass implementing middleware-centric architectures and the underlying infrastructure monitoring that is fundamental for its optimal performance, as well as tools and technologies for monitoring and managing integrated application processes and performance across the enterprise, and helping companies achieve business agility through effectively aligning IT with business processes in the real-time enterprise. A successful entrepreneur, David founded Nastel in 1994 and also served as the company’s CTO for many years. Prior to that, he was the technical manager of the messaging group at NYNEX, where he architected and managed the implementation of the first commercial transactional messaging product, which now forms the basis for IBM WebSphere MQ (formerly MQ-Series). A pioneer in the early evolution of messaging technologies, David logged many years as an IT consultant working with some of the world’s foremost banks and financial institutions.
Chief Technology Officer
Albert Mavashev is Chief Technology Officer for Nastel. As the chief architect of Nastel’s suite of products, Albert is instrumental in the creation of some of the most comprehensive and advanced tools for monitoring, managing and performance analysis of complex transactions and integrated application processes. Albert is an expert in Java and middleware, including IBM’s WebSphere family of products, and in implementing middleware-centric architectures, helping companies achieve business agility through technology and aligning IT with business processes in the real-time enterprise. Albert is a sought-after speaker and author of numerous articles and white papers.
Vice President, Product Development and Support
As Vice President, Product Development and Support for Nastel, Richard directs Nastel’s development organization and manages all aspects of software development, delivery, implementation and support. His areas of specialization include helping customers understand, reduce and manage the complexities introduced by Service Oriented Architectures and virtualization. Richard brings 25 years of software development and implementation experience to Nastel, the majority of which has come from working on leading edge technologies at major software vendors. A recognized expert in mainframe, distributed computing, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), and WebSphere, he was contributed to industry standards, delivered articles and presentations at many levels.
Vice President of Sales
Hari Mohanan is responsible for Nastel’s Worldwide Sales with oversight of both direct and indirect channels. Prior to that, for 3 years he led Nastel’s worldwide Sales Operations where he worked alongside the Sales and Marketing leadership to conceive and execute all Go to Market programs. Previously for 10 years, he was responsible for Nastel’s Sales, first in the Western Region based out of Los Angeles where he led the launch and growth of Nastel’s West Coast Operations and then in the Midwest Market based out of Chicago. He was part of the team that helped found Nastel, handling all startup operations. He attended Pace University’s Lubin Graduate School of Business’s MBA Program. He graduated in Economics from the University of Kerala.
Vice President of Technology Services
As Vice President of Technology Services, Scott Corrigan manages Nastel’s technology related activities in the field, including sales engineering and services delivery. In his role, Scott leads a worldwide team that supports customers, sales and partners. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Scott has architected software solutions and managed deployments to enable a large number of corporate customers to succeed in their business objectives. Scott’s extensive track record in Enterprise Software in the United States and Europe empowers him to understand the technology challenges faced by global organizations. Prior to joining Nastel, Scott was with CA Technologies, Inc., where he held technical leadership roles in IT infrastructure and application management business units.
